We offer a standard, next day and Saturday shipping option. We offer a paid standard delivery option and your order should arrive within 1-3 business days. Our next day delivery service offers you next day (guaranteed) delivery. In order for your next day delivery to be collected in time you must place your order before 1PM Monday-Friday. To qualify for Saturday delivery you must place your order on Friday before 1PM.
Pre-order Items
If you have purchased a pre-order item, your order will not be shipped within our normal standard delivery frame. The estimated delivery time for pre-order items is always stated within the product description ensuring you have an idea of when to expect your order. It is your responsibility to ensure you have read the full item description before completing your order. Although we try our best to stick to the estimated delivery times, there may be occasions when your order is slightly delayed, unfortunately this is completely out of our control.
Where we try to make sure that orders are delivered within our given time frame, delays are inevitable for many different reasons. Orders placed during a sale period or holiday period may take longer to be processed and shipped out. If a full working week has passed and your order has not been delivered please do not panic, we completely understand how frustrating this is but we do ask that you refrain from taking out these frustrations on our team. We reserve the right to refuse future sales from anyone who is abusive to any member of our staff.
