I have placed an order with you, how long does it take to ship?
Thank you for shopping with Clanco Franko London! When your place an order with us, your order will go through processing. Our processing time is 1-2 working days, this excludes weekends. Any orders placed on a Friday mmay not be shipped out until Monday unless you have opted for an express delivery service. If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so within 24 hours. After 24 hours we reserve the right to reject your cancellation.
My order has still not be shipped, is something wrong?
If 3 full working days have passed and your order has still not been shipped there might be an issue with your order.
- Check to make sure that your order is not a pre-order item, check the items description for clarification
- Check your email, we may have contacted your regarding an issue with your order
- Checking out with a different billing address to your shipping address can cause delays. We have to ensure the payment is safe before we can proceed with your order
- Your order has been cancelled
